We just don't move like humans anymore...

Between working all day, sitting in the car, & working out we are not taking the time & effort needed to make sure the body is getting its daily movement requirements.

"But Chase, how does working out not help the body get its daily movement requirements?"

I'm glad you asked, most of us are working out to get stronger within a very specific range of motion.

When we don't move (with intent) through full ranges of motion, we are telling our bodies that stability isn't necessary throughout.

When the body thinks that stability isn't necessary, it's not going to waste the energy to make sure stability is a priority.

When stability isn't a priority, imbalances & injuries are more likely to happen.

This is where daily movements can really benefit us in every aspect of life.

I've designed this program to help you get started in the world of mobility training & introduce you to some movement patterns you might have never performed.

Consider this your first step towards moving like a human :)
